Kendra passed away peacefully on August 26, 2026.

Kendra was preceded in death by her mother, Shelia Thompson, and her stepfather, Jerry Mathis.

Kendra is survived by her father, Wayne Thompson of Brewton, AL; her life partner, Joe Lowery of Byrneville, FL; her son, Zakiah Boyce Lowery of Byrneville, FL; her stepsons, Cody Lowery and Jacob Lowery of Byrneville, FL; her daughter, Zoe (Berto) Flores of Flomaton, AL; her grandchildren, Mailee and Branson Flores of Flomaton, AL.

Her siblings: Mark (Cindy) Mathis of Byrneville, FL; Gidget (Jeremy) Dortch of Byrneville, FL; Jamie Mathis of Pace, FL.

Kendra is also survived by 4 nieces and 2 nephews.

The immediate family had a private memorial for Kendra.
