LISA MICHELLE DAVIS, 59 years old of Pace, Florida passed away on the cold and rainy night of Thursday 12th March, 2026 at the Vitas Hospice at Sacred Heart Hospital at 03:44 AM. Her spouse of 15 years, Sheila Davis, MD, PHD was at her side giving her strength and courage as she bravely shifted into her body of light and moved into the astral world.
Lisee was born in St. Louis, Missouri on April 13th, 1966, and grew up with her adopted parents Mary Sue Freeman Evans, and William Robert Evans. She graduated high school and went on to college where she pursued a degree in Recreational Science. She ended up graduating with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology. She married a United States Marine, Scott Davis who succumbed to brain cancer and it was many years later that Lisa remarried.
Lisa worked for 10 years at the Gitchee Gumee hotel in Ocean Shores, Washington where she worked with the mayor of the town and learned the art of diplomacy. She was a friend to all and knew no strangers. She then moved to Molokai, one of the Hawaiian Islands and worked for 13 years in Human Resources and was the Recreation Manager for the largest hotel on the island. She also started a thriving cleaning business. It was on this island she met her next spouse Dr. Sheila Davis and moved to Florida where she worked in the family medical clinic. She also took a job with the Lundberg Letter Company and worked there as a field research scientist in the petroleum industry.
Lisa is a happy person and enjoyed life! She was an avid bicyclist and rode the TransAmerica Bicycle Trail across North America from York Town, Virginia to Florence, Oregon in 13 weeks covering 4,385 miles. She was a competitive swimmer and enjoyed the Florida lakes, bays and oceans, boating, kayaking and swimming. She trained in Tai Chi and other martial arts and attained the rank of blue sash. She loved cats and helped build and open the Molokai Cat Garden for homeless cats. Fast cars are in her genes. We were able to find her biological parents with generations of fast car drivers. Her favorite car was the Mustang Shelby stick shift, and she could really move that vehicle.
Her remaining close relatives include her spouse Dr. Sheila Davis in Florida, her brother Shane Coffman in Missouri, her sister Mary Ann Brennan in Wisconsin, and her adopted brother Daniel Evans in Iowa. We will all be joining her someday. Lisee lives on and so will we. Let us think of her and be happy.
