Patrick Hayes Managan, 71, passed away peacefully on June 22, 2025 in Pensacola, Florida.

Patrick was born on March 19, 1954, in Lewisburg, PA, to Robert and Bernadine Managan. Patrick was a devoted husband, a proud father, a loving father-in-law, and a loyal friend. He is survived by his beloved wife of 51 years, Dana Managan (Freeman); his son, Patrick Managan Jr.; and his daughter-in-law, Marlene Managan. He is also survived by his brother Shane Managan (Kathy), brother-in-law John Freeman (Becky), sister-in-law, Dawn Waggett, and sister-in-law Jeannine Biddick (Steve). He also leaves behind many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents.

Known to many simply as “Pat,” he was highly respected throughout the building materials industry, where he built a long and accomplished career. Pat not only excelled professionally—he was also a mentor to many, generously sharing his knowledge, support, and time with colleagues across the industry. He found deep satisfaction in working hard, guiding others, and helping people grow and succeed.

Beyond his work, Pat embraced life with enthusiasm. He especially enjoyed boating, fishing, sporting clays, gardening and a deep love of music. He had an adventurous palate, always eager to try unique foods, and he loved discovering and sharing great wine. Whether he was casting a line, shooting clays with friends, or enjoying a new culinary experience, Pat lived fully and with enjoyment.

He will be remembered for his kindness, wisdom, humor, and unwavering integrity. His steady presence and generous spirit left a lasting impression on everyone who had the privilege of knowing him.

His family wishes to express heartfelt appreciation for the loving and compassionate care given to Pat at VITAS Hospice.

Donations may be made in Pat’s memory to the Tunnel to Towers Foundation (www.t2t.org) or the American Cancer Society - two causes close to the family's heart.

Though he may be gone, Pat’s legacy lives on in the many lives he touched. He will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered.
