It is with heartfelt sadness that we announce the passing of Ronald Edmund Harding Jr., who left this world on August 8, 2025, in Pensacola, Florida. Ronald was born on November 19, 1962, in Cambridge, Massachusetts, bringing joy and laughter to everyone fortunate enough to cross his path.
Ronald was a man of many facets; he was funny, loving, and caring. His ability to joke and uplift those around him was a gift that he shared freely, reminding everyone to smile and find joy in the little things. Whether playing Spades, shooting pool, or passionately cheering for the New England Patriots, Ronald embraced life with an infectious enthusiasm that made it hard not to be drawn to him.
He proudly served 27 years in the United States Air Force, devoted to protecting and serving his country, a chapter of his life that exemplified his commitment to duty and camaraderie. His time in the military shaped him into the loving father and husband he became, someone who valued family above all else.
Ronald leaves behind his beloved wife, Tyjanna Harding, and their cherished children: son Troy Harding; son T'quimas Harding; and daughters Shakyra Harvey, Ta'janea Carter, and Shaliyah Harding. He is also survived by his brothers, Kevin, Michael, and Royzie, and his sister, Lori, who will forever hold his memory close to their hearts.
In the embrace of their love, Ronald was a devoted family man who often said “Chow” instead of goodbye, leaving a lasting impression on his loved ones that will carry forward as a symbol of his everlasting spirit.
He now joins his mother, Maureen Harding, father, Ronald E. Harding Sr., and niece, Tiffany Harding, in the peaceful realms beyond, where he can continue to spread joy and laughter among those he loves.
As we celebrate Ronald's life, we cherish the memories he created and the smiles he inspired. Though he may no longer walk among us, the laughter he shared and the love he radiated will forever echo in the hearts of his family and friends. His presence will be deeply missed, but his legacy of kindness and humor will continue to touch lives for generations to come.
