Shannon "Kelly" Durrance

Shannon "Kelly" Durrance, a mother, wife, and friend, was born on December 20, 1966, in Fort Walton Beach, Florida. She peacefully passed away on November 28, 2025, in Pensacola, Florida.

Kelly was the beloved wife of Kenneth F. Durrance, and she shared a close bond with her father, Stephen E. Mills, and her stepmother, Debbie. She treasured her relationships with her uncles and aunts, including William and Debbie, and Linda Hennig. She was a caring sister as well, with Terry LaRue, Debora Mangosing, Sarah Ruth (sister) and her brother William Taylor, his wife Melissa, Jo Mills-Welch and her husband Donnie.

As a young mother, Kelly raised three wonderful children: James "Jimmy" Mullins, who is married to Siobhan; Katie Mullins, who is joined by her partner Zach; and Jennifer Kelley and her husband Brady. Kelly was also a proud grandmother to Weston, Savannah, Haidyn, Olivia, Addison, and Sailer, with whom she deeply loved.

Kelly’s family extended further with her stepchildren, Max and Kenan, and she enjoyed the love of numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins. Her beloved pets, Molly, a black lab, and Mabel, a golden, brought her great happiness and companionship.

She is preceded in death by her mother, Linda L. Kerpics, her granddaddy George Mills and beloved grandma Vivian, along with her uncle Glen Hennig. She is also reunited in spirit with her siblings Sheila, Bobby, and Susie, and her beloved pets Lucy, Buster, and Beau.

Kelly was a light in many lives of those who knew her. Her infectious laughter and love for the holiday seasons will forever be remembered. As we remember Kelly, we celebrate a life that touched so many hearts. She will be deeply missed but always cherished in the memories of her family and friends.
